Initial Public Offer (IPO) Services
Our IPO Services team includes professionals with technical skills and industry experience to help you better understand what it takes to “go public,” guide clients through the entire IPO process, and equip them with what they need to meet their obligations as a successful public company. We guide our clients that intend to go public through the following processes:
- Review clients’ preliminary prospectus for internal consistency
- Ensure the presentation of clients’ financial statements and other financial data meets with all disclosure requirements
- Provide financial information and assistance in drafting the critical Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) in clients’ prospectus
- Anticipate and respond to issues raised by the Nigerian Security and Exchange Commission
- Participate in the due diligence process
- Prepare for necessary disclosure and reporting requirements necessary as a public company
